Building a super enzyme factory

The first factory of BLG covers an area of 23 acres and has a construction area of 18,000 square meters (square feet). It can produce health products in various dosage forms. However, with the rapid development of BLG, the existing first factory can no longer meet the growing market demand. Chairman Dr. Zhou Xunyong came up with the idea of building a super enzyme factory, an enzyme capital, and a world center of enzymes.  

The Super Enzyme Factory is located in the Jiangsu Shuyang National Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 98 acres, with a planned total construction area of 72,000 square meters and a total investment of RMB 1 billion.

The Super Enzyme Factory consists of 9 buildings and ancillary facilities, including the Eye of Happiness, R&D Building, Office Building, Employee Center, and 5 production facilities.

The second phase of the project, production capacity, includes enzyme raw materials, mainly bio-fermentation enzymes and synthetic enzymes, new enzyme-based raw materials and enzyme-based microorganisms, and is committed to continuously breaking through bottleneck enzyme-based technologies. The comprehensive output value will exceed 3 billion Yuan in 2026.

“The Eye of Happiness” is an exhibition hall of the history of human civilization. From the first bud of underwater life to the magnificent ocean, water dissolves everything and gives birth to everything. So on the journey of understanding happiness, we first embrace the tranquility and comfort that water gives people. Plants, accompanied by light oxygen and the sound of slowly flowing water, will create an absolutely relaxing spiritual experience for rest time.

As you step onto the location, you will see limestones under your feet, which contain the memory of tens of thousands of years of life. Fossils of creatures from the ancient ocean are sleeping in it. After the baptism of time, it has formed a trail leading to nature. Looking up, the sun shines through the skylight, and the disc-shaped dome symbolizing the timetable seems to be recording the trajectory of life at this moment. The waterfall flows through the entire space, and the winding water leads visitors to explore the story of life.

The theme of the first floor is fire. Here we will talk about the relationship between fire and the development of human civilization. For thousands of years, fire has been the guide of human civilization. Starting from a natural fire caused by lightning, humans discovered this magical phenomenon. Later, fire and clay collided accidentally, and humans discovered the plasticity of fire, so pottery came into being. This was the beginning of human use of tools. From then on, the history of human civilization is a history of the use of fire. Bronze and porcelain are the proud postcards of ancient China. To this day, we can still understand the aesthetics and pursuit of happiness of the time from their patterns and textures. As time goes by, steam engines and internal combustion engines driven by fire mark a magnificent era. The waves it has aroused in history still affect the lives of contemporary people. Until the future, on the journey to space, fire will still be the main vein of civilization.
