
BLG RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Most items purchased from BLG GLOBAL through www.blg-global.com may be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 calendar days of the date they were shipped to you. All returns, whether by a customer, or Brand Partner, must be made as follows:
- Download Product Return Form (PRF) and fill in the form and send it to the company before they return the products.
- Ship items to the address provided by BLG Customer service when you are given our PRF.
- Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products or services. Such an invoice must refer to the PRF and include the reason for the return.
We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by BLG GROUP.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. BLG takes no responsibility for missing incoming return deliveries.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: If a Brand Partner or Customer wishes to cancel an order, please call customer service and support immediately. We can only cancel orders before it ships. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to the return policy.
